My Houzz: D.C. Baker’s Apartment Is a Plant-Filled Oasis

Just for fun, I had to post this houzz article; it does deal with indoors plant decor, but the other part I found very interesting is that this apartment is only 565 square feet! AND, beside being fully employed, Elizabeth, our ambitious and creative tenant, also runs a “sideline baking business” from the same apartment! Get inspiration from this one!!

Houzz says, “Lush houseplants and pattern-happy wallpaper add life to a 565-square-foot downtown Washington home”…

Houzz Contributor. I’m a communications professional and maintain a blog in my spare time (www.dctoat.com). I enjoy covering all things design and home-related and also like to share my favorite spots in DC. I believe that a home is never truly “done” and always have a blast moving around items in my apartment and mixing up my style a bit. I like classic, preppy pieces (ginger jars, campaign furniture, and faux bamboo are some of my obsessions!) and have enjoyed making my small space feel like home.
